Metal front doors featuring with inserts of glass by guarantee total security and durability. The installed three-chamber double-glazed windows with an energy saving spacer allow the doors to keep the heat inside house, while providing high level of noise insulation.

The doors use shock-proof glass covered with a protective film for safety. It can resist impacts, from which the unglazed glass would be scattered at once. The adhesive layer with tough adherence allows the safety film to adhere strongly to the glass. So, when broken, the fragments of the glass do not scatter but stay glued to the protective film.

Mirror toning applied to the glass provides the one-sided visibility effect.

The metal front door is a complicated device, each element of which has a certain role. According to the functional purpose, the structure of the door should be changed. The service conditions in an enclosed space are totally different from the service conditions of the "street-house" door.

The door construction

The factory manufacturers seamless-formed doors - the profile shape defines the construction ability to oppose deformations. The complicated shape of the curved profiles increases the strength door and allows various advantages such as:

  • to create an entrance door of greater thickness and a minimum increase of its weight that prolongs the door life-span;
  • to install up to 4 sealing loops around the door perimeter that enhance noise/heat-insulation;
  • the large thickness of the door box allows moving the locks further from the outer surface to hamper in breaking and entering.

The door frame construction


1, 2 - ribbed stiffeners;
3 - irremovable crossbars;
4 - steel plate in the lock zone.

Horizontal and vertical ribbed stiffeners strengthen the door's durability. The developed system resists attempts to bend the door box corners at the locks area.

The irremovable crossbars block the door from being openning by removed off the hinges. Shear strength is 1200 kg.

Reinforcing steel plates prevent locks drilling.

The door box

The door box as well as the door frame is constructed of a curved profile. It allows

  • placing a closed door box in the same plane with a frame,
  • creating up to four contours of fit,
  • to enhance resistance to burglary when a crowbar is used,
  • to improve the overall appearance.

The installation of the frame ledge of door regulator allows adjusting the door box tightness during the product life, while ensuring smooth locks operation and a comfortable door closing.

The door hinge features a self-regulating sphere developed specifically for the company in Italy. It is more stable and distributes the load evenly.

Steel processing and corrosion protection

The key to the front door durability is the steel quality and anti-corrosion treatment. doors use the cold-rolled steel to ensure the high resistance to burglary. The phosphating surface technology assures the steel protection from corrosion. The essence of this technology is the creation of a protective layer (known as phosphate film) on the metal surface.

Multilevel sealing system

Two- or three-circuit German sealing system "Schlegel" guarantees silent closing of the door and additional noise isolation and prevent penetration of outside odors.

The door box insulation and the correct finishing of the door jambs reduce the noise level and the heat transmission of the door.

Environmentally friendly mineral wool "Knauf" is used to insulate the door for an apartment. The insulation inside the door leaf and the box is laid as a solid piece without cavities and cracks. The "SteelFix" technology with additional fixation along the height of the door excludes the subsidence of the heater.

Door panels up to 18 mm thick increase the noise and heat insulation of the door and enhance its burglar resistance.

The doors do not let cold air and smells come into the room, as the frame ledge of door regulator ensures a tight fit of the door leaf to the box.

Multilevel security system.

The multi-level protection system developed by the designers of the company provides a high level of the entrance doors security. During the tests in a special laboratory, the doors showed excellent results. Their design withstood the impact of force of a cargo weighing 1000 kg.

Protection level number 1 - strong metal construction

The optimum thickness of the steel in the entrance doors ensures a high level of resistance to breaking and reduces the load on the door hinges and doorway. The absence of welds in the seamless door leaf prevents access to the locks by tearing off the metal sheet at the welding places. Thanks to the use of bent profiles, the closed door leaf is located in a single plane with the box that increases the resistance to burglary.

Protection level number 2 - reliable locking system

6 - Euro cylinder

The lock system of the doors reliably protects the front door against burglary. Installation of locks of various types (lever and cylinder) increases the door reliability. Deviators provide additional locking points, increasing the breaking resistance of the door. Mortise armored patches are used to protect cylinder locks. They are made of hardened steel with a high degree of protection against burglary.
